To determine if a client has been billed a final statement but the statement has not been updated, you can view the client’s AR and Fund Balances tab in Client information. If there is an asterisk next to the amount due then it has been final billed but not updated.
Undoing Statement from Prior periods will affect prior Receipt Allocation Reports. If you don’t want to affect prior months, make adjustments to current month instead of undoing statements.
